Independent Chairperson

Keith Oliver has extensive knowledge of the private and public sectors. Keith is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, research and science, emergency services, telecommunications, broadcasting, information technology, print media, industrial electronics, energy and customer service centres. He is also Chairman of Medicine Mondiale Technologies, which manages a global network of scientific, clinical and business experts, and Actronic Holdings, a weighing and control systems company. He is also global executive Chairman of Compac Sorting Group, and a Director of the New Zealand Health Innovation Hub.

Independent Director

Graeme Edmond has been a managing director or CEO for the past 30 years in the UK and New Zealand, including as Managing Director of Specsavers NZ, as Chief Executive at the Midland Regional Health Authority and as Chief Executive of the Auckland District Health Board.Graeme has over 25 years experience as a company director, having held directorships in New Zealand and internationally in both private and publicly listed companies. Aside from his work, Graeme is a keen golfer and follower of sports – particularly rugby union, cricket and the Warriors.


Sue Doherty

Director & Company Co-Founder

Sue Doherty established Healthvision in 1998, to follow her passion for high quality, personalised health care services in the home. As a UK-trained Registered Nurse, Sue spent many years supporting clients in the U.K and New Zealand, which lends her wonderful practical experience and insights. Sue also helped establish HealthvisionUK in 2008, Healthvision NZ's sister company.


John Doherty

Director & Company Co-Founder

John Doherty helped start and grow Healthvision with his wife, Sue Doherty, and has strived to make Healthvision the best organisation that it can be. Since retiring from an active operational role, John is an active Director of the Healthvision Board, in addition to a Board Member for the Northern Rehabilitation Provider Network and TASC (the Association for Spinal Injury Concerns).

Mel Baiada


Mel Baiada services on the Board of BAYADA Home Healthcare and several boards of Basecamp Ventures portfolio companies. As a highly successful technology entrepreneur, Mel has supported a number of technology firms, educational institutes and not-for-profit entities as a board member. As an alumnus of Drexel University, he made a generous donation to support the Laurence A. Baiada Institute for Entrepreneurship in Technology. He has received a "Year 2000 Entrepreneur of the Year" Award and "High Tech Hero Award".


Dr. Claudia Wyss

Chief Executive Officer

Claudia has over 20 years’ experience in the health sector, including as medical doctor, hospital manager, manager at McKinsey & Company, and as leading adviser to District Health Boards and the Ministry of Health in New Zealand.

She completed her medical degrees at the University of Auckland and her MBA at Harvard Business School. Claudia’s drive for quality customer service, operational excellence and innovation ensures that Healthvision delivers outstanding service its clients and team members.

Claudia is on the executive of the Northern Rehabilitation Provider Group, a Global Women Member and Emerging Director for Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.
