  • Behavioural conditions: Dementia, autism and behavioral health.
  • Short-term health needs: Specialised home based care, wound care and rehabilitation after surgery, injury or hospital discharge.
  • Chronic conditions: heart, lung and kidney diseases, diabetes, frailty, care for the elderly, palliative or end-of-life care.
  • ACC Burn and Wound Care: Our specialised wound care nurses provide dressing changes, doppler assessments and faster healing rates.

Healthvision is a recognised provider for Solora Homecare and Disability Support Services via Taikura Trust, Enable and Life Links. We are contracted provider to Counties Manukau DHB and Individualised Funding provider for Manawanui in Charge and other host agencies.

Providing the right support in home is unique and individual to each client, family and whanau, and together we can tailor a suitable and flexible support plan. We work closely with our clients, families and whanau to best understand and support our client's holistic needs, whether for the short or long-term, 24 hours per day to a few hours per week.
