Rehabilitation Assessments

Healthvision provides Rehabilitation Programmes and Social Rehabilitation Assessment Services for the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).

Our caring and experienced team of Assessors can visit you in your own home, to help with your support and rehabilitation needs following an injury.

We are always focussed on achieving the best outcomes for you, and happy to provide clinical and caregiver support that fits with your existing social, family or whanau networks.

Assessment services include:

• Community Nursing
• Assessments for Serious and Complex Needs
• Training for Independence (TBI and other injuries)
• Consumables to support long-term independence
• Other clinical and support resources as needed
