Good news - KiaCare has been updated to make confirming your attendance easier.

You can now confirm your attendance for each shift you have attended as scheduled, even if your manager needs to update a prior shift.

We want to pay you accurately and on time.
We want you to be able to confirm your attendance as you go, or by the end of each working day, for each shift you have worked as scheduled.
We listened to your feedback and understand how frustrating it is when shifts you have completed remain delayed because you were waiting for corrections to an earlier shift.

Do not confirm your attendance for any shifts that were not completed exactly as scheduled, for example, the client was not home or declined service.
