Community Support Workers
Community support work is rich, varied, and purposeful. One day, you might be working with an adult with complex care needs. The next could be with a medically fragile child. The day after, you might be doing housework and meal preparation for someone recovering from an injury.
A Community Support Worker provides support, dignity, and empathy to help ensure people live with as much independence and choice as possible.

Clinical staff
Healthvision operates a strong interdisciplinary model drawing on expertise from across our clinical teams to do the best for the people we work with. We provide a range of clinical services from specialist wound care to brain injury assessment to rehabilitation and musculoskeletal interventions, working across our physiotherapy, specialist nursing, allied health, and community health teams. Office and corporate teams
It’s a busy corporate environment that spans the full range of office functions. The homecare service team ensures the supply, availability and support of community support workers as well as referral management, rostering staff, and liaising with service users. This role would suit you if you’re a people-person with great problem-solving skills.
The IT, Finance, Administration and HR teams play a key supportive role in all our offices nationwide.
