Caregivers / Care Assistants
We are looking for honest, reliable and experienced caregivers to provide personal care and home help to people in their own homes.
Part time and flexible hours are available to caregivers who are able to commit to the rewarding and challenging role of helping people regain their independence and recover from an illness or accident.
Providing support for people in their own home requires understanding and empathy with the client's needs. Good communication, your own transport and a full driver’s licence is essential.

Service Coordinator
Home and Community Services - Serious Injury
We are seeking a person with knowledge of, and experience in the health and disability sector, to join us as a Sevice Coordinator. The role is within our Home and Community Services, Serious Injury team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role will involve:
- Working with clients who receive home support services, to ensure the service we provide reflects their needs, and is of high quality;
- Managing a team of support workers. This involves recruiting, supervising and ensuring their performance meets Health Vision's standards;
- Maintaining relationships with funders, including ACC Case Managers, Community and DHB Social Workers, families, and other community services
This is an exciting role, that has the potential to make a positive difference in people's lives, and will provide a great deal of satisfaction to the right person.
We are looking for a person who:
- Has experience in the health and disability sector, particularly working with people with disabilities, brain injury, or other serious injury. A health related qualification would be well regarded
- Is an excellent communicator
- Is empathetic
- Is a motivated "self starter"
