Introducing our Director of Workplace Morale - Ruby!

Ruby is the fur baby of Healthvision’s GM of Human Resources, and is 12 years old.

Ruby is a Golden Retriever, Border Collie cross. She loves people, treats, and cuddles. Ruby has cared for her elderly Gran all her life and personally understands what it is like to have two knee replacements and a fused back. But this does not stop her wanting to play!

Ruby brings more than just joy and comfort to the Healthvision staff and our visitors. She reduces stress and improves job satisfaction in the office.

The loveable Ruby provides therapy and comfort to staff by making herself available almost every Friday for pats and cuddles and walks. The vibe in the office is different when Ruby is around — everyone's a bit more relaxed and playful. A much-needed distraction in this demanding industry.
