Healthvision South GPCME 2026 Giveaway — Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Healthvision (New Zealand) Limited are not eligible to enter. By entering, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Promotion Period

Entries open [start date, e.g. 5 August 2026] and close at 11:59pm on [end date, e.g. 16 August 2026]. Entries received outside this window will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the draw, during the Promotion Period participants must:

Follow Healthvision on Instagram, or like the Healthvision page on Facebook; and
Leave a comment on the designated giveaway post.

Optional bonus (does not affect odds of winning and is not required to enter): share the giveaway post to Instagram Stories and tag @Healthvision.

Only one entry per person, per platform, is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual, or entries made through fake or duplicate accounts, will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card. The prize has no cash alternative and is not transferable. Healthvision reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require this.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 5 business days of the Promotion Period closing. The winner will be notified by direct message on the platform they entered through, and announced publicly on Healthvision's Facebook and Instagram pages. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, Healthvision reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to Healthvision, not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By entering, participants agree to these official rules and to Healthvision's use of their name and public social media handle for the purpose of announcing the winner. Personal information collected will only be used to administer this promotion and contact the winner, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

Healthvision reserves the right to amend these rules, or cancel or suspend the promotion, at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, and will notify participants of any material changes via its Facebook and Instagram pages.
