A Healthvision nurse will come to you to assess, dress and care for your wound or burn, helping it heal as well and as comfortably as possible. They'll keep a close eye on your progress, adjust your care as things change, and work with your GP or specialist so everyone is on the same page.

If you have a leg ulcer, swelling or problems with circulation, our nurses can carry out an ABPI (Ankle Brachial Pressure Index) assessment at home. This simple, non-invasive check helps us understand the blood flow in your legs, so we can safely provide compression therapy that supports healing and keeps you comfortable.

Our nurses provide professional, respectful catheter care in the comfort of your own home, from routine changes to helping prevent infection and other complications. They'll also make sure you and your whānau feel confident managing day to day between visits.

Adjusting to life with a stoma can take time. Our nurses will support you at home with stoma care, changing appliances and looking after the skin around it, and help you build the knowledge and confidence to manage it your way.

Coming home after surgery is an important step in your recovery. Our nurses visit you at home to care for wounds, monitor how you're healing and watch for any signs of complications, so you can recover safely in familiar surroundings.

Whether you're managing an ongoing health condition or your needs are changing, our nurses provide regular assessments and monitoring at home. They'll keep track of your health, spot changes early and work with your healthcare team, so you get the right care at the right time.
